This is a beautiful estate of the first President of the US, George Washington, and his family. Palladian style of architecture was used for this wooden mansion and it is situated on the side of the charming Potomac River. This is approved as a National Historic Landmark and open for the public year-round. You can visit the rooms where George Washington & his wife lived, beautiful gardens, furniture etc over here.
