1. Taipei 101

This was known in earlier as Taipei World financial Center and this is the tallest building in Taiwan and till 2010 this was the tallest building in the World. Now it is categorised as the tallest green building in the World. New Year Eve fireworks are an amazing view from here.

2. Lungshan Temple

Address: No. 211, Guangzhou Street, Wanhua District, Taipei City, Taiwan 10853.

This Chinese worship temple is located in Wanhua District, Taipei. This temple is found by 1738 by Fujian settlers and considered as a gathering place for Chinese settlers. The temple is affected by lot of earthquakes but gradually restored by the residents of Taipei. You can find Buddhist, Chinese, Confucian faiths over here.

3. National Palace Museum

National Palace Museum is located on Chiayi country and was established in 1925. It has a huge collection of Chinese art from Neolithic age to modern age. The permanent collections include more than 700000 Chinese imperial art works which of years back. The exhibitions includes paintings, calligraphy, carvings, books & rare documents, metal works etc.

4. Lin Family Mansion & Garden

Address: No. 9號, Ximen Street, Banqiao District, New Taipei City, Taiwan 220.

This was a residence of Lin Ben Yuan family located in New Taipei city. Attractive architecture, woods & carvings takes the attention of visitors. Traditional Chinese garden architecture is its notable feature. You will get guided tours to visit the interior part of this building.

5. Beitou Hot Spring Museum

Address: No. 2, Zhongshan Road, Beitou District, Taipei City, Taiwan 112.

This museum is very popular for a public hot spring and this was one of the largest bathhouse at that time under the period of Japanese rule of Taiwan. The victoria style architecture with woods and red bricks are really attractive. From here you can learn about history of hotsprings, appliances used in hot springs, hot spring facilities etc.

6. Tonghua Night Market

7. Yang Ming Shan National Park

8. XiMenDing & Red House Theatre

Red house is one of the oldest buildings in Taipei, is a historic theatre. Western architecture style was followed in its construction. As it is 8 sided, it is known as octagonal building. XiMenDing is a cultural land. It has number of restaurants, retail outlets and unlimited streets.
