Nagoya is the largest city in Japan. Nagoya is an industrial hub for the region. Nagoya is a very beautiful tourist spot. Nagoya has a tropical climate. They are famous for cultures, festivals, handicrafts. Other famous tourist places to explore over Nagoya are museums, temples, shrines.

1. Nagoya Castle

Nagoya is most popular for its castle. This is a wonderful tourist attraction with two golden dolphins that decorate the roof. This castle was since 1612. Inside the castle, there is a museum with historical artifacts.  It will really attract tourists who like old traditional arts.

2. Tokugawa Art Museum

This art museum was developed to house the priceless art and antique collection of the Tokugawa family. They even include national treasures, cultural properties, and art objects. 3. Noritake Garden And Pottery Museum

Noritake garden was founded on the grounds of the Noritake factory. The garden is in between several red brick Meiji era buildings like cafes, restaurants, pottery gift shops. 4. Atsuta Shrine

This site is not only famous in Nagoya but famous all over Japan. This is one of the top sacred Shinto Shrines. There are many worship centers and display areas for tourists. Atsuta shrine gets very crowded during the new year. during this time, people from all over the world come to the shrine at midnight to pray for the next year. A number of festivals and ceremonies are held here throughout the year. This is an interesting spot for tourists over Nagoya.

5. 5.TOKUGAWA-EN GARDEN

Tokugawa-en is a traditional garden centered on a large pond with waterfall, teahouses  and bridges. This garden is popular for its seasonal flowers and colorful maple leaves in November. Tourists will get attracted over here during these blossom seasons.

6. Higashiyama Zoo & Botanical Gardens

This is a zoo within Botanical garden created in extensive parkland with an amusement park and observation tower among its attractions. The zoo includes the collection of different species. At the top of the tower, there is an observation deck with exciting views over the city.

7. Koshoji Temple

This is a well-known Buddhist temple in Nagoya. The temple has a nice garden in its open court. This temple is famous for its impressive fall colors in the Autumn. Koshoji temple is famous for its 5-story wooden pagoda. Tourists will really enjoy the architecture of the temple. Twice in a month, a flea market is held over the grounds of the temple.

8. Port Of Nagoya And Aquarium

There is a very beautiful aquarium in the port where we can see the large sea animals kept in a glass cage.

9. Sakae And Oasis 21

Sakae is the main shopping area in Nagoya where we can get clothing and other cosmetics at a very cheap cost. There are many department stores and even foreign brand shops. Tourists with craze on shopping will really enjoy this place. Nearby there is a Hisayadori park. Some trees are there which will hold during different seasons. Oasis is nothing special than a bus stop but it has an interesting shape with a roof area through which you can go for a romantic walk with your dear ones.

10. Osu Kannon Temple

This is Nagoya's one of the famous Buddhist temples. This temple is dedicated to kannon, the goddess of mercy. The temple has a wooden image of Kannon. A flea market is held in this temple once every month where you can buy all kinds of antiques, curios, and street stall snacks. This is a devotional temple with fine architecture that attracts the tourists.
