2. Delfiniti of Mexico

This waterpark is a favorite destination for visitors. A popular attraction on this beach is swim with dolphin programs. It has six amazingly different programs for visitors where they can have close interactions with sea mammals.
3. Playa el Palmar

This is a massive beach in Ixtapa. It has long white sand stretches and crystal clear water. Popular activities you can enjoy here are body surfing, boogie boarding, sea parasailing, fishing, jet-skiing, etc.
4. Xihuacan
Address: Soledad de Maciel, Petatlán, Guerrero, Mexico.
This is an important archaeological site in Ixtapa. Things you can explore here include a pre-Colombian Temple site, religious pyramids with 45 feet tall and 300 feet square at the base, a massive ball court which is considered as one of the oldest ball courts in Mexico. There is a museum that houses archaeological objects like jewelry, steles, ball court hoops and the contents of a burial chamber.
5. Paseo del Pescador

This is a favorite beach family destination in Ixtapa where you can find number of shops, restaurants with sea-food dishes, craft shops, bars, and numerous souvenir shops, cobbled streets. If you are visiting here in the morning times, you will get chances to buy fresh fishes from fishermen directly.
6. Costa Grande Archaeological Museum
Address: Paseo del Pescador s/n, Centro, 40890 Zihuatanejo, Gro., Mexico.
You can understand the early settlements of Guerrero from here. This museum is located at Zihuatanejo which houses amazing six rooms with collections of utensils, ceramics, and weapons of the Olmec, Teotihuacan, Tarascan, and Mexica, etc.
7. La Ropa Beach
Address: Escénica La Ropa, Playa la Ropa, 40895 Zihuatanejo, Gro., Mexico.
This is the longest beach in the Zihuatanejo Bay with 1.5kilometers. The crystal clear water enables you to see underwater creatures like colorful fishes and other marine life. 8. Zihuatanejo Downtown

9. Zihua Sailfest

This is an annual event takes place at Zihuatanejo with the aim of raising funds for the education and welfare of poorest children in Zihuatanejo. This festival consists of different fun-filled games and events like Cocktail parties, benefit concerts, live & silent auctions, sailboat races, kids beach day, seminars, chili cook-off, street fairs, regattas, school tours, etc.
10. Magic World Aquatic Park
Address: Ixtapa Zihuatanejo, Guerrero, Mexico.
This is another favorite destination for families, especially children. This theme park attracts visitors with a number of water slides, a wading pool, a wave pool, a lazy river, and other fun-filled activities. There is a special play area for children.
