1. Fort Louis

Address: Fort St. Louis, Marigot 97150, Guadeloupe.

This is a poplar historic site in St. Martin. Fort Lois was built in 1789 with the purpose of defending the warehouses of Marigot port. The fort was restored in 19th century and the fort overlooks Marigot Bay. Visitors can enjoy the breathtaking views over Marigot, Simpson Bay Lagoon, Simpson Bay, Anguilla, the Terres Basses and Baie Nettle.

2. Butterfly farm

The site is situated 80meters above sea level which overlooks overlooking the Grand Case plain.

7. Durat Bridge

Address: Surat, ‎Gujarat, India.

It was built in 1789, a stone bridge situated at the edge of Marigot and the bridge go its name after the then Respected Governor. The construction of Durat bridge, Marigot Prison and Fort St. Louis everything done at the same period. The bridge connects Durat Bridge connects Marigot with the Northernmost part of the island and specifically to the village that is known today as Grand Case.

8. Old Prison

Address: 10 Ashby St, Warrenton, VA 20186, United States.

This prison houses crime committed people till 1968, and after that it becomes a fire station and prisoners moved to a new location. It is located at downtown Marigot. You will get excellent accommodation facilities so that you can visit all the historical sites together over here.

9. Fort Amsterdam

This is another historic site to visit in St. Martin. This is the first fort which was built by Dutch settlers in 1631. The fort was ruined in 1648 when Spanish abandoned this island. You can visit the ruins of the fort, several rusting 19th century cannon and there is a breeding colony of resident brown pelicans.

10. Prickly Pear Cays

Address: Prickley Pear Cays, Anguilla.
