Cherai Gowreeshwara Temple is one of the main Hindu temple in Kerala state, south India. This temple is in Cherai village in Ernakulam district of Kerala. This temple is the one and only temple in asia which is chathurmukha kovil(sree kovil with four side doors) It also known asMalyala palani or Muruga Temple. the main god is subrahmanyan, but the name of the temple is dedicated for sreegowreeswaran. The Cherai Gowreeshwara Temple festival is one of the main festivals in the Eranakulam district.
